This Wednesday evening will be a special class in memory and honour of a dear friend and mentor Graeme O’Brien. And in support of his beautiful life and soul partner Gayle and family.  And for all the Phoenix Family worldwide who’s lives have been touch and graced by the incredible love and work which they have shared with all.

This class is for EveryBody.   Please bring water and yoga mat or similar for relaxation/reflection time at the end of class.

I gift this class to my Phoenix family, just as Grae and Gayle have gifted so much to my life.
